Coaching is a space to reflect, clarify your ideas, find your own solutions, and take action with confidence. As a coach, my role is to ask you the right questions, help you explore your options, and support you in your choices.
In coaching, you remain the expert of your own life. My role is to help you uncover your own answers and move forward in a way that is aligned and sustainable.
Therapy: I don't make diagnoses or treat psychological or medical disorders.
Mentoring: I don't guide you based on my personal experience and I don't provide direction based on my professional background.
Advice or consulting: I don't offer ready-made solutions, make decisions for you, or perform any tasks on your behalf.
Training: I don't provide a fixed teaching program for you to follow.
As a coach, I may suggest resources or exercises when relevant, but the responsibility for decisions and actions always remains with the person being coached.
If needs arise that exceed the scope of coaching, I can recommend consulting a qualified professional.
My coaching style is primarily aimed at individuals undergoing professional or personal transitions. For example:
Leaders who have lost their sense of purpose and professionals changing careers
Teachers or caregivers experiencing burnout
Expats in seach of identity
People facing life changes, whether chosen or not (e.g., age-related transitions; family reconfigurations; significant financial or material changes).
Transformational coaching is particularly suited to nuanced minds who reject ready-made solutions and seek change that is aligned with their values.
Transformational coaching may be a good fit for you if you recognize yourself in one or more of these situations:
You’re experiencing an inner disconnect. You feel a gap between your daily actions and your core values. You feel like you’re playing a role that no longer fully suits you.
You reject binary choices. Your situation seems to force you to choose between well-being, ambitions, and responsibilities, but sacrificing one for the others doesn’t feel right. What you want is to find a middle ground where everything comes together.
You’re ready for a reasoned transformation. You’ve already tried quick fixes or generic advice without lasting success, and you understand that authentic change takes time and reflection. That's why you’re willing to explore your discomfort zones in order to grow.
You feel alone in your questioning. Your friends and family may not fully understand your need for change. You need a safe space to explore your doubts and aspirations. You’re looking for someone who understands the complexity of your situation.
If these words resonate with you, then my transformational coaching can help you move through this stage with coherence, without sacrificing who you truly are.
I support thoughtful and reasoned transitions that honour your past while opening new perspectives for your future. My role is neither to push you to walk away from everything nor to help you resign yourself to your circumstances, but rather to guide you in your search for a balanced path that respects your well-being, responsibilities, and ambitions.
The people I coach leave with a clear vision of their priorities, a deep sense of inner alignment, greater confidence, and the ability to make decisions that are consistent with their values.
A coaching session lasts about 60 minutes and usually takes place online via videoconference or by phone.
Each session begins with a problem, challenge or question that you wish to address during the session, the resolution of which will bring you closer to your ultimate goal of transformation. Once the intention for the session has been established, we explore new perspectives together through focused questioning, deep reflection, and the development of concrete action plans.
Every meeting is unique and tailored to your situation. The success of the process depends on active collaboration: the more committed, open to exploration and willing to put the actions you define into practice you are, the more profound and lasting the transformations will be.
Coaching is not a “turnkey” solution, but rather a dynamic partnership in which you remain the main driver of your own growth.
The duration of the coaching varies depending on your situation, your goals, and the pace at which you wish to move forward.
Some people find new clarity and begin making significant changes in just 3 to 6 sessions. Others will commit to several months of in-depth support to consolidate their progress and anchor their new habits in a lasting way.
Transformational coaching is a personalized process: it’s not about applying a single model, but about offering you a flexible framework that respects your pace. The more invested and proactive you are between sessions, the faster and deeper the transformations will be.
